Good morning all,

I have a client who only has one employee, should I use the HMRC software for now?

Best wishes

Georgie

Hi Georgie

There is no reason why not, or if you prefer different software you could use the Express Edition of 12Pay, which is free, and if you intend doing other payroll clients in future, you can easily upgrade to a reasonably priced premium version.

There is other software available but I personally like 12Pay

Hi There,

I've just started working for a payroll software provider (IRIS) and I'd be interested in know what you are looking for in terms of functionality regarding payroll software. I'm a Product Manager so any ideas you have about what would make running a payroll easier for you. Or suggestions would be most welcome.

We also offer free software to small businesses. But I'm not here to plug, just to gain suggestions on what you'd be looking for.

Thanks,

Claire
