VT Final Accounts- CT600
Permalink Closed

Hi,

Does this software calculate and produce the ct600, and link to HMRC- or is that asking too much ;P

I understand that it does the iXBRL tagging for HMRC and Co's House. Do you all do the Corp tax calculations separately? in another software?

Im interested to know what everyone does, and what they use, if using VT :)

Thanks

Stuart

Hi Stuart

I use Taxcalc to produce the CT600. Once the accounts produced in VT have been saved as HTML I then attach them to the return in the Taxcalc software.

Ok thanks Dinky, I suppose it doesn't do the while thing in VT then... I'll have a look at taxcalc, as I been looking at Andica software at the moment as well. Thanks Stuart

Also BTC are recomended partners of VT with (I understand, not tried it myself) good interaction between the packages.

This got covered a little in the sticky "Convince me I don't need Sage" which you may find interesting.

kind regards,

Shaun.
