Hello, I have a couple of ltd company, director employee only payrolls. They both have private pensions so don't want auto enrolment. Is it alright to just fill out out the declaration and say that they have private pensions without taking it further?
Hi Nicola There is a declaration you can complete online - you dont even need to tell them they have private pensions, just that they are sole director companies, no other employees (as long as they dont have a contract of employmnet!!!). Keep the email confirmation you get though as I had to do an almost stroppy email when I got a letter saying why hadnt I done anything.
