Quickbooks online report - pdf
Permalink Closed

Hi there - can anyone help me?

Has anyone ever successfully saved a report from quickbooks online as a pdf.

Have tried using pdfmyurl but keeps coming up with an error message - quickbooks does not support your browser at this time.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

Not sure i'm experienced enough to give advice on Quickbooks, but I do have a work around that may help.

If you install a free PDF converter, for example, Cute PDF's.  And then open the report that you want to view in Quickbooks, when you go to print, Cute PDF should also appear as a print option - select Cute PDF and save wherever you require the document to be stored.

This method works on Sage, Excel and all software that i've come across to date.

Hope this helps.

Hi Ben.

That's good advice, Cute PDF is a really useful piece of software.
