Sage year end

Hi

Have been suing Sage for many years but I have problem that I cant get sorted. Clinet doesnt want to pay for Sage cover ...

Operating Sage 50 Accounts Professional 2009,  V15 - have got all the invoices on to 30.09.11. Taken two back ups. gone to change date to 30.09.11. Gone to tools - year end - made sure journal date 30.09.11 and the accounts dates are ok.  Press ok - the perform year end box comes up but no movement across the middle box if you follow me - then eventually throws me out - when get back in i find that SOME year end journals are done - 4000 to 5040 nom codes but thats it. I then have to restore from back up - done this A LOT of times now and cant get it sorted

Any ideas ?  Please!

Jane

Hi Jane

Sorry I have never come across this before and so can't advise, but it may be worthwhile posting your message at the Sage users forum at http://www.sageforum.co.uk/ and it may help get it sorted there.

Good luck

Mark
