What software would you recommend for doing clients books.

I have been training on Sage 50 Accounts, which is good but I think it's going to be expensive to buy.

I like VT (as you will see in the above) but I think any software that doesn't tax you on the number of clients that you use it for is worth a look (so that scraps Sage 50 and all cloud based solutions).

I lived, breathed, sold, supported and used Sage for around 15 years, and I now use VT!!!!!

Whilst I still use sage I am without doubt a big fan of Quickfile, easy to use, lots of uploading areas and free for a one user/one company. For multi-users there is a fee with quickfile affinity but certainly a small fee and without doubt worth paying for.
