Vat element in VT

Hi

Does anyone know the double entry in VT for the vat element of the advisory fuel rate?  There is £10.66 of vat to reclaim on 400 miles @ 16p ( hope this correct)?

I suppose I could post a purchase invoice , and split it to motor expenses with the vat element that way and then pay it off when the director transfers the mileage money to his personal account?
