In what way? You will obviously need to let your clients know the change in status, and get them to sign new letters of engagement. You will also need to change your MLR and ICO details to the new company.
Agent wise, you will need to write to HMRCs Central Agent Centre and inform them that you are now a Ltd Company.
And, as I've just discovered, you will need to inform VAT separately (actually they did tell me that in the letter they sent back, but because everything looked right on my agent screen, I thought it had updated)

Yes, you do need to issue new engagement terms, or at the very least an addendum to the existing ones which they agree to. To be honest it is easier to issue a new one and also a good opportunity to update them.
The existing agent authorities will transfer over just by notifying HMRC.
