P11 deduction sheet and YTD Pay figures
Permalink Closed

I think I'm either have brain freeze or I'm missing something.

Migrating employees over to a new payroll system. Entering in details. I have the P11 deductions sheets with all the NIC contributions but nothing with YTD figures for total pay and tax to date. Should they be on there or should the accountant have sent them over to my employer? Sorry for the complete stupid question but I'm not sure if I'm going mad or not!

Hi Sian
The joys of a mid year change. Looks like the Accountant hasnt exported the right report from the payroll software.

What software will you be using for the payroll?

Thoughts are my own/not to be regarded as official advice, which should be sought from a suitably qualified Accountant.

You should check out answers with reference to the legal position

Quick email and all rectified now, correct form in my possession.

Long story Joanne, so the sole trader employees are being done on Sage for this month - once this is done, P45's completed and then over to Microsoft payroll manager for the limited company which they are changing over to. I like Payroll manager!
